We had to implement some industry standard rules to apply proper casing in CLMS2 but added some intelligence to the application so that if you attempt to do proper casing and not enter the name in all upper or all lower case, it will accept what you give it and will not try to second guess you.
So if you enter 'macha' or 'MACHA' and end up with 'MacHa' type 'Macha' and your day will go much better for you because it will actually take what you type then.
