All you have to do is open your favorite web browser, Microsoft Internet Explorer works best if you are running windows, and type http://elks.org/clms2web
You can create a shortcut on your desktop by dragging the URL from the browser to the desktop if you need something to quickly get you there the next time, but there is nothing else you need to install.
Once you are at the web page, you can log in using the elks.org username and password. Assuming you are the Secretary or you have been granted permission to assist the Secretary, you are set to maintain the Membership records. CLMS2WEB is also used to file official reports with Grand Lodge.
You will have to install CLMS2PC to print most reports, cards, labels, merge-mail, dues statements, etc.
Note that CLMS2WEB, unlike CLMS2PC can run on computers other than windows. Linux, Apple IOS, even android phones have been reported to run CLMS2WEB well.
