Problems Installing CLMS2PC

We've had a high incidence of calls from Lodges with problems installing CLMS2PC.

- Make sure that minimum PC requirements are met, see the getting started document for details.

- Make sure that you have highspeed internet available to the PC.

- Make sure that you have installed all required windows patches.

- Older PCs will require installation of DotNet3.5 which may be listed as optional software when you reach out to Microsoft for patches.

- Make sure that you have updated your anti-virus/firewall software, paid subscriptions are generally required.

- Temporarily turn off the security software during the installation of CLMS2PC.

- Turn the security software back on after installation of CLMS2PC.
