1) Is your login (if you have one) for the PC/Laptop an administrator level account?
2) Are ALL your WINDOWS Updates done?
3) Does your PC/Laptop meet the specifications for CLMS2PC?
4) Is SQL 2005 installed on the PC/Laptop?
5) If you go to this folder: C:\ProgramFiles\ChicagoLMS and right click for Properties, do you see a Security tab?
If the answer was no to any of the above questions, please correct the deficiency, then install CLMS2PC.
