Disappearing CLMS2PC Logon Screen

We have found that there is an online security progam provided by Comcast called Constant Guard that is preventing CLMS2PC from opening. This is separate from the Norton Security which is also provided free of charge. You are able to remove Constant Guard separately from Norton by simply going into control panel and add/remove programs or progams and features and removing Constant Guard. You will be asked to reboot and once this is done you should be able to get into CLMS2PC with no problems.
